Do Virtuoso agents only do hotels?
Absolutely not! Alongside hotels, Virtuoso agents also book luxury Cruises, Safaris, Trains. They also work with selected tour agencies to organise and plan end-to-end holidays.
What benefits do you get booking a Virtuoso rate?
Now here is the best bit…if you book a stay at any Virtuoso property worldwide through KP World Travels, you will receive the following benefits:
Complimentary Breakfast for Two
Guests will receive daily complimentary full breakfast at a hotel restaurant for up to two guests, per bedroom. Not surprisingly, adding breakfast to your room can add a substantial amount to the bill and hence this can be a real saving on the wallet!
Room Upgrade to the Next Category
Whilst not guaranteed and subject to availability at check-in, with the VIP status that you gain by booking a Virtuoso rate, you would always be top of the list for a room upgrade. Hotels will do their best to provide you with a one-category upgrade. Of course, a little nudge from us in advance of your stay will help 😉
Welcome Amenity
A small gift is a great way to begin your stay. Welcome amenity upon arrival can include local snacks, fruits, champagne or a local souvenir. We work with the hotel to customise your welcome amenity. Hence why we really want to get to know our guests!
The hotel management, on behalf of us and the hotel, will also share a welcome letter with you.
$100-$200 Food & Beverage / Spa Credit
Treat yourself to in-room dining, meals at the restaurant or spa treatments. The $100-$200 hotel credit is yours to use (may vary by property and room type), and all are included in your Virtuoso rate.
What do the extra benefits cost you?
Nothing!! Why? Well as we are Virtuoso advisors, we are able to match any flexible rate for you and add Virtuoso benefits. Beyond all this, we try our best to make you a VIP client of the hotel and ensure you’re well taken care of.
You don’t pay us. You pay the hotel directly at check-out as you normally would.

Most importantly you will:
- Pay the same rate as any other guest BUT you will get extra perks and benefits by booking through as a Virtuoso agent
- Continue to accrue credit card points as you would otherwise booking directly. We love credit card points and want you to continue piling them up
- Continue to utilise Amex and other credit card offers, if available, when you pay at check-out using your credit card
Will you benefit from Virtuoso special offers?
Yes of course. Virtuoso properties quite often runs special offers that only luxury travel advisors who are Virtuoso agents (such as ourselves…) can access.
For instance, Virtuoso has several complimentary nights offers that run from time to time. It’s usually either 4th night free or 3rd night free. This can provide savings of 20%, 25% or 33%.
