What is Four Seasons Preferred Partner (FSPP)?
Four Seasons is synonymous with luxury and class within the hospitality industry. Four Seasons Hotels sets the bar globally for luxury hotels. So much so that they now have a Private Jet…but that’s a topic for another day. So what is Four Seasons Preferred Partner?
FS, unlike many large hotel chains, does not have its own loyalty program or points program. Why? Well, every guest is special. Then how to get the full-shebang ‘VIP’ treatment at the Four Seasons? The answer to that is the Four Seasons Preferred Partner (FSPP) program.
Granted to only the highest-tier luxury travel agencies, the Four Seasons Preferred Partner program is an invitation-only membership program. By booking your stay at a Four Seasons hotel through an FSPP agent, you’re granted the Preferred status — straight away putting you in the VIP category and ensuring you get that extra-special care you deserve.
ALL FS properties participate in the FSPP program. There are no minimum stay requirements.
What benefits do you get with Four Seasons Preferred Partner?
Now here is the best bit…if you book a stay at any Four Seasons hotel worldwide through KP World Travels, you will receive the following benefits:
Complimentary Breakfast for Two
Guests will receive daily complimentary full breakfast at a hotel restaurant for up to two guests, per bedroom. Not surprisingly, adding breakfast to your room at the Four Seasons can add a substantial amount to the bill and hence this can be a real saving on the wallet!
The best bit though is that this benefit includes breakfast served in-room and not just in the restaurant. Most resorts charge extra for in-room breakfast even where it’s already included.
Room Upgrade to the Next Category
Whilst not guaranteed and subject to availability at check-in, the Four Seasons reservation team will see your FSPP booking and do their best to provide you with a one-category upgrade. Of course, a little nudge from us in advance of your stay will help 😉
Welcome Amenity
A small gift is a great way to begin your stay. Welcome amenity upon arrival can include local snacks, fruits, champagne or a local souvenir. We work with the hotel to customise your welcome amenity. Hence why we really want to get to know our guests!
The hotel management, on behalf of us and Four Seasons, will also share a welcome letter with you.
$100-$200 Food & Beverage / Spa Credit
Treat yourself to in-room dining, meals at the restaurant or spa treatments. The $100 hotel credit is yours to use, and all are included in your FSPP benefit.
If you are staying in the FS Private Retreats, then the credit increases to $200. Ka-ching!
What do the extra benefits cost you?
Nothing!! Why? Well as we are a Four Seasons Preferred Partner, we are able to match any flexible rate for you and add the FSPP benefits. That is the great thing about our partnership with this luxury hotel chain. Beyond all this, we try our best to make you a VIP client of the hotel and ensure you’re well taken care of.
If you find a cheaper rate online (unlikely but possible!) then let us know and we’ll straight away get on the phone with our direct contacts at the hotel and ask them to match the cheaper rate for you AND also include the FSPP benefits as a result of our partnership with FS.
You don’t pay us. You pay the hotel directly at check-out as you normally would.

Most importantly you will:
- Pay the same rate as any other guest BUT you will get extra perks and benefits by booking through as a FSPP agent
- Continue to accrue credit card points as you would otherwise booking directly. We love credit card points and want you to continue piling them up
- Continue to utilise Amex and other credit card offers, if available, when you pay at check-out using your credit card
Will you benefit from Four Seasons Preferred Partner special offers?
Yes of course. FSPP quite often runs special offers that only luxury travel advisors who are FSPP agents (such as ourselves…) can access.
For instance, FSPP has several complimentary nights offers that run from time to time. It’s usually either 5th night free, 4th night free or 3rd night free. This can provide savings of 20%, 25% or 33%. We are always first informed of these offers and will let our clients know through our social media channels or newsletters.

What is you found a cheaper rate elsewhere?
This is unlikely as FS generally doesn’t work with third party sites and sell rooms at discount. However if you did find a cheaper rate then let us know and we will get in touch with our FS partners and secure a rate match AND add the FSPP benefits
What if you already have a booking?
Get in touch with us. In most instances, we can modify the booking to add the FSPP benefits for you. In some cases, it might be better to cancel the booking and make a new booking, especially if the rates have dropped.
