What is Accor HERA?
Accor is a hotel partnership program with over 40 different hotel brands, spanning from three-star to five-star accommodations. Accor HERA is the preferred partners perks program of Accor, a travel industry powerhouse with thousands of hotels around the world.
Available only to certain luxury travel advisors, Accor HERA provides travel advisors and their clients access to their higher-end properties, providing additional perks and putting them straight into the VIP client category at these hotel brands.
What benefits do you get with Accor HERA?
Now here is the best bit…if you book a stay at any Accor HERA hotels worldwide through KP World Travels, you will receive the following benefits:
Third/Fourth Night Complimentary!
Most participating hotels in Accor HERA give a third/fourth night free! When it is the third night complimentary, for every three nights you stay, you only pay for two! Please note: Restrictions apply and third night free offer varies by property and time of the year!

Complimentary Breakfast for Two
Guests will receive daily complimentary full breakfast at a hotel restaurant for up to
two guests, per bedroom. In most luxury properties, breakfast can add a substantial amount to the bill and hence this can be a real saving on the wallet!

Room Upgrade to the Next Category
One of the key benefits of Accor HERA is that you will receive a complimentary room upgrade to the next category. However this is subject to availability at check-in and in some cases does not include an upgrade to suites.

Welcome Amenity
A small gift is a great way to begin your stay. Welcome greeting and amenity upon arrival can include local snacks, fruits, champagne or a local souvenir. We work with the hotel to customise your welcome amenity. Hence why we really want to get to know our guests!
The hotel management, on behalf of us and Accor HERA, will also share a welcome letter with you.

$50-$200 Food & Beverage / Spa Credit
Treat yourself to in-room dining, meals at the restaurant or spa treatments. For Accor HERA, this varies by the hotel brand and type of room booked. If you are staying in a suite, you are likely to get more credit than a standard room.

What do the extra benefits cost you?
Nothing!! Why? Because we match the ‘standard rate’ or the ‘best available rate’ advertised on the website and provide the additional benefits highlighted above. Beyond all this, we try our best to make you a VIP client of the hotel and ensure you’re well taken care of. Now who doesn’t like that?
You don’t pay us. You pay the hotel directly at check-out as you normally would.

Most importantly you will:
- Pay the same rate as any other guest BUT you will get extra perks and benefits by booking through us as an Accor HERA agent
- Continue to accrue credit card points as you would otherwise booking directly. We love credit card points and want you to continue piling them up
- Continue to utilise Amex and other credit card offers, if available, when you pay at check-out using your credit card
Accor HERA Rate vs Booking Direct: Which is Better?
One of the most common questions we get asked is whether booking a Accor HERA rate is better than going directly to the hotel. The short answer is yes for the selected luxury Accor properties (see below) and here’s why.
- When you book directly with a hotel, you pay the best available rate and receive whatever benefits your loyalty status entitles you to. There are no additional perks unless you happen to hold elite status with that specific brand
- When you book the same hotel through KP World Travels, as your Accor HERA travel advisor, you pay the exact same rate but you also receive complimentary perks mentioned. On top of that, we contact the hotel in advance on your behalf to ensure you are treated as a VIP from the moment you check in
- You are prioritised for early check-ins and late check-outs
- You still earn your loyalty points and can still use your Amex or credit card offers at checkout
- To put that in context breakfast for two at a luxury hotel typically costs between $60 and $100 per couple per day. Across a four-night stay, that alone is a saving of up to $400, before factoring in the hotel credit and upgrade
- The only time booking direct may have an edge is if a hotel is running a non-refundable promotional rate that cannot be matched, or if you hold very high elite status with a specific brand. In most cases, a Accor HERA rate will match or beat what you would pay direct with significantly more included especially when they include complementary nights
Overall, you get more for the same price!
What about your Accor Live Limitless status benefits?
Our clients staying on the Accor HERA rate who are also members of Accor Live Limitless will continue to earn points as usual. In addition, clients may receive both their Accor Live Limitless loyalty program benefits as well as the Accor HERA benefits. For overlapping benefits, the guest receives the better of the two benefits.
- You will not lose out on Accor Live Limitless status benefits by booking through us. They will be added to the extra benefits we provide
- You will receive Accor Live Limitless points for your stay, just as you would if you booked direct
- You will continue to accrue elite nights and stays if you are chasing Accor Live Limitless status or aiming to retain your current status
