The Belmond collection represents over 45 of the most luxurious hotels, resorts, trains and river cruises. The Belmond Bellini Club benefits programme is exclusive to selected travel agencies and KP World Travels is proud to be one of them. It is an exclusive to selected travel agencies. By booking your stay at a Belmond hotel through a Belmond Bellini Club agent, you’re granted VIP status straight away ensuring you get that extra-special care you deserve.
ALL Belmond hotels, resorts, trains, boats and safaris participate in the program.
What benefits do you get with Belmond Bellini Club?
Now here is the best bit…if you book a stay at any Belmond hotel and resorts worldwide through KP World Travels, you will receive the following benefits:
Complimentary Breakfast for Two
Guests will receive daily complimentary A-la-carte breakfast at a hotel restaurant for up to two guests, per bedroom. Not surprisingly, adding breakfast to your room at the Belmond can add a substantial amount to the bill and hence this can be a real saving on the wallet!
$100-$200 Food & Beverage / Spa Credit
*For hotels and safaris, you receive fully flexible credit between $90/$200 depending on room type. For trains and cruises, you receive flexible onboard credit ranging from $45 for day trips and $100 for longer journeys
Welcome Amenity
A small gift is a great way to begin your stay. Welcome amenity upon arrival can include local snacks, fruits, champagne or a local souvenir. We work with the hotel to customise your welcome amenity. Hence why we really want to get to know our guests!
The hotel management, on behalf of us and Belmond, will also share a welcome letter with you.
Room Upgrade to the Next Category
Whilst not guaranteed and subject to availability at check-in, the Belmond reservation team will see your Belmond Bellini Club booking and do their best to provide you with a one-category upgrade. Of course, a little nudge from us in advance of your stay will help!
What do the extra benefits cost you?
Nothing!! Why? Well as we are a Belmond Bellini Club partner, we are able to match any flexible rate for you and add benefits mentioned above. That is the great thing about our partnership with this luxury hotel chain. Beyond all this, we try our best to make you a VIP client of the hotel and ensure you’re well taken care of.
If you find a cheaper rate online (unlikely but possible!) then let us know and we’ll straight away get on the phone with our direct contacts at the hotel and ask them to match the cheaper rate for you AND also include Belmond Bellini Club benefits as a result of our partnership with Belmond.
You don’t pay us. You pay the hotel directly at check-out as you normally would.

- When you book directly with a hotel, you pay the best available rate unless you book a package rate
- When you book the same hotel through KP World Travels, as your Belmond Bellini Club travel advisor, you pay the exact same rate but you also receive complimentary perks mentioned. On top of that, we contact the hotel in advance on your behalf to ensure you are treated as a VIP from the moment you check in
- You are prioritised for early check-ins and late check-outs
- You can still use your Amex or credit card offers at checkout
- To put that in context breakfast for two at a luxury hotel typically costs between $60 and $100 per couple per day. Across a four-night stay, that alone is a saving of up to $400, before factoring in the hotel credit and upgrade

What if you already have a booking?
Get in touch with us. In most instances, we can modify the booking to add Belmond Bellini Club benefits for you. In some cases, it might be better to cancel the booking and make a new booking, especially if the rates have dropped.
