What is Hilton Impresario?
Hilton Impresario is Hilton’s own preferred perks program for three of the group’s luxury brands: Waldorf Astoria, Conrad and LXR Hotels & Resorts consisting of over 80 properties worldwide.
Many Hilton Impresario hotels are also Virtuoso properties. The amenities are comparable, but Impresario is most useful for clients looking to accrue Hilton Honor points with their stay.
As a Hilton Impresario agent, we get direct access to a range of resources that help us curate the perfect trip for you at selected Hilton properties. We are able to:
- Have direct contact with key associates at the property includes the Sales, Reservations and Concierge team, to ensure all your needs are taken care of and you receive a VIP treatment

What benefits do you get with Hilton Impresario?

$100 Food & Beverage / Spa Credit
Treat yourself to in-room dining, meals at the restaurant or treatments in the spa. The $100 hotel credit is yours to use, and all included in your benefits.

Complimentary Breakfast for Two
Guests will receive daily complimentary full breakfast at a hotel restaurant for up to two guests, per bedroom. In most luxury properties, breakfast can add a substantial amount to the bill and hence this can be a real saving on the wallet!
Room Upgrade to the Next Category
One of the key benefits of Hilton Impresario is that your complimentary room upgrade to the next category, subject to availability at check-in.
Double Hilton Honours points
If you are looking to accrue Hilton Honors points or already have status, this is a fantastic benefit for you as you get double points if you book with Hilton Impresario perks!
What do the extra benefits cost you?
Nothing!! Why? Because we match the ‘standard rate’ or the ‘best available rate’ advertised on the website and provide the additional benefits highlighted above. What about your Hilton Honours status benefits?
Our clients staying on the Hilton Impresario rate who are also members of Hilton Honours will continue to earn points as usual. In addition, clients may receive both their Hilton Honours loyalty program benefits as well as the Hilton Impresario benefits. For overlapping benefits, the guest receives the better of the two benefits.
- You will not lose out on Hilton Honours status benefits by booking through us. They will be added to the extra benefits we provide
- You will receive World of Hyatt points for your stay, just as you would if you booked direct
- You will continue to accrue elite nights and stays if you are chasing Hilton Honours status or aiming to retain your current status
